To date, we have tested and analysed properties ranging from as far back as the 1980’s up until August 2020. We have uncovered discrepancies over planning applications, failures to impose market surveillance by county councils and failure to impose standards and regulations by the Irish Government. We have submitted scientific research and legal information to MEP’s in Europe, as well as to the NSAI and other government bodies.
